What is ClaimGlance?

Self-help software that gives you a second look at the repair estimate from your insurer. It points out lines that might be worth a question and writes a short, polite email in your own words. You decide whether to send it, and you send it yourself.

Is ClaimGlance a public adjuster or a law firm?

No. We don't represent you, act for you, or contact your insurance company. It isn't legal advice. You can talk to a licensed public adjuster or an attorney any time.

Who can use it right now?

Homeowners in Washington with an access code. We're adding states one at a time.

If your home is somewhere else, you can leave your email and we'll write once when we get there.

What do I need?

The estimate PDF your insurer sent you.

What happens to my estimate?

We upload it to our servers, where our software reads it. See our privacy policy for what we keep and why.

How do I get back to my check?

Use the private link you saved. Anyone with that link and your code can open your check, so keep it private. If you think someone else has it, open your check on the phone or computer you started on and tap "Get a new link". Your old link stops working.

I lost my link. What can I do?

You can get a new one from the browser where you started your check, or email hello@claimglance.com and we'll help once we've confirmed the check is yours. A new link turns off the old one.

Can I delete my case?

Yes. Open your case and choose "Delete my case." We delete your estimate, your answers and your list of questions, and your private link stops working.

Does it cost anything?

If there's a price, we'll show it to you before you pay anything.
